The hook and loop sandpaper is so much more convenient to use that the conventional paper on a powered sander - pops on and off easily, holds tight, and most importantly, lies perfectly flat. Just wish it cost less.I'm using this with a B&D Firestorm 18 volt battery powered sander. Fits perfectly, even though that model (which was discontinued) is not listed on the package.
